Global Protection Industries set up its first state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for producing a wide range of Steel Wire Mesh Gabions in November 2015.

Global Protection Industries was founded Mr Neeraj Sahay who is also the Managing Director with the objective of providing world class Wire/ Geosynthetic products and services to enable owners, consultants and contractors to design and implement reliable, economic and easy to construct solutions for a wide range of geotechnical, transportation, hydraulic and environmental related problems.

The Global Protection Industries manufacturing facility is located at Daman, about 150 km from Mumbai. It has the unique advantage of being well connected by Road, Railways and Sea. This will enable Global Protection Industries India to deliver its products to the Customer’s doorstep in the shortest possible time.

Our head office is located at Vapi and we have sales offices at Indore, Pune & Ahmedabad.

• 2015
✓ Started our venture with the 1st DT machine line

• 2016
✓ Our first financial year ended with an impressive group sales of 429 MT.
✓ Order from DSC Engg for NHAI road project at Raipur - 100000 sqm. Our scope – Design, supply & execution
✓ Major breakthrough order from L&T Const for the prestigious Statue of Unity project @ Sardar Sarovar Dam – 40000 cum. Our scope – Design, Supply & execution

• 2017
✓ Large & historic order for supply of 3 mm wire dia gabions to various contractors in the Bihar Irrigation Project.
✓ Capacity expansion. Setting up of our 2nd DT machine.
✓ Our first complete financial year ended with group sales of 1142 MT, growth of over 166% from previous year.
✓ Single Major order of 3 mm wire dia in the Singrauli coal mine area for 70000 sqm. Very strategic order.

• 2018
✓ FY 2017-18 ended with a group sales of 3571 MT, growth of over 212% from previous year.

OVERVIEW

Global Protection Industries set up its first state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for producing a wide range of Steel Wire Mesh Gabions with 1 DT Line in November 2015.

From February 2017, production capacity has been enhanced with the addition of 1 more DT Line.

TOTAL CAPACITY

✓ With 2 DT Lines, our present capacity for Gabion Supply is 9600 MT per annum.
✓ With 2 PVC Extruder, our present capacity for PVC Compound supply is 1500 MT per annum.

Manufacturing Process

QUALITY ASSURANCE

• Raw material Testing :- Following test carried out for wire
• Wire diameter
• Tensile Strength & elongation of wire Testing of Zinc Coating on wire
• Testing of adhesion of Zinc coating on wire
• Thickness of PVC coating(In case of PVC Coated wire)
• Wire Mesh Panel – Tensile Strength of wire Mesh Panel (Parallel & Perpendicular Twist Direction)
• Physical Test on finished Product:-
• Mesh Opening Size – “D”, Horizontal Opening Dimensions of Box or Netting Rolls.
