Welcome to Global Protection Industries.
Global Protection Industries set up its first state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for producing a wide range of Steel Wire Mesh Gabions in November 2015.
Global Protection Industries was founded Mr Neeraj Sahay who is also the Managing Director with the objective of providing world class Wire/ Geosynthetic products and services to enable owners, consultants and contractors to design and implement reliable, economic and easy to construct solutions for a wide range of geotechnical, transportation, hydraulic and environmental related problems.
The Global Protection Industries manufacturing facility is located at Daman, about 150 km from Mumbai. It has the unique advantage of being well connected by Road, Railways and Sea. This will enable Global Protection Industries India to deliver its products to the Customer’s doorstep in the shortest possible time.
Our head office is located at Vapi and we have sales offices at Indore, Pune & Ahmedabad.
Types of Products
Gabion Box
Gabion are double twist hexagonal wire mesh basket of variable sizes, uniformly partitioned into internal cells. All wire is zinc coated by hot–dip galvanizing and for PVC units, heat bonded through extrusion with heavy duty PVC coating.
Rock-fall Netting
Double twist wire mesh rolls are used for the proytection of slopes and cli s where there may bedanger of falling rocks. When used in conjunction with erosion contorl blankets they assist with environmental rehabilitation and erosion control.
Mattresses
Mattresses are double twist hexagonal wire mesh basket of variable sizes, lled withstone at the project site to form exible, permeable,monolithic structures, such asprotection of culverts, bridgeabutments, river banks andshorelines, channels and spilways.
Overview
Global Protection Industries set up its first state-of-the-art manufacturing facility for producing a wide range of Steel Wire Mesh Gabions with 1 DT Line in November 2015. From February 2017, production capacity has been enhanced with the addition of 1 more DT Line.
Quality Assurance
All important tests which are to be carried out mentioned at below : Raw material Testing :- Following test carried out for wire Wire diameter Tensile Strength & elongation of wire Testing of Zinc Coating on wire.
Manufacturing Process
Total Capacity With 2 DT Lines, our present capacity for Gabion Supply is 9600 MT per annum. With 2 PVC Extruder, our present capacity for PVC Compound supply is 1500 MT per annum.
